WOW that is quick reply.

Yeah we can finalize by January all the things we need to do, I think we can
settle this idea by 4th Quarter of January. (probably it is simple task) for
the mean time while semester break is up I will try to steer and catch up
some ideas from the group maybe we can get some sponsors like emitac or
other IT related company to advertise their company in exchange of
supporting the events.

# I'd love to get together for coffee about it.
You mean you are free this comming Saturday morning? :)

Regards,

Kutch

Yes, Kutch,

How are you?

I got Nigel's earlier note and meant to follow up with you on this. My
apologies.

First of all, I think it is an excellent idea. The timing would be better
for January though. The college is in exam week right now and will be
shutting down over the next week for the semester break. We will be starting
up on January 6 again. Perhaps we can meet in early January to discuss this?
I'd love to get together for coffee about it.

Hi Daryle,

Good day to you I hope you still remember me, the one you meet at Tech Talk
of QSTP with Nigel at Qatar Diplomatic Club.

I just want to ask maybe you are interested on making CNA-Q as host for
Installfest, last November 24, we organize a meet up and it was really
amazing that there is more that 10 people showed up as what we only expect
to meet 4 persons based on the e-mail list.

It was un-formal meeting but it brings my attention that more people now in
Qatar is interested with Open Source. As chit-chat goes one we just bring up
and idea that why we just start organizing with 'Installfest' and we can
target students/professors on this activity.

Rough idea for the Installfest, we will just utilize one laboratory room or
any open area where we can accommodate students/professors that can easily
go in and out, some desktop computers, internet connections, electric,
tables and chairs.

By the way maybe you are free this Saturday we can discuss if personally if
you are interested? If yes for you Saturday morning at coffee beanery around
9:00am is great.

Hope you are interested.

Kind regards,

Kutch Villasor
